John Kirchner: Those two

John Kirchner: Those two labels came from me from China. They are real brands and not fakes. They copied the Del Monte design and colors, but not the brand name, so I would not call them fakes. Frankly, the term "fake" is a bad one. The term should be "Copyright Violation" or "Trademark Violation." in which case these two labels could result in legal action against the illegal use of the design, even without the name.

At the moment we use the classification "FAKE" for labels that are never used on bananas. For example photocopies or real fakes (http://banana-label-catalog.org/gallery/fakes). In the SEARCH tap of this catalog you can find all labels of each kind (filter by "Type of Label"). Any suggestions to use better terms are welcome.
