Translation: 美人 (Bijin / Beautiful Person). Bijin is a generic term for pictures of beautiful persons in Japanese art.

Banana Beauty. It's from Ecuador for the Japanese market. There is also a larger identical bag label that goes with it. The name in Japanese is "Bijin" which means "Beautiful Person," but which refers only to females.
