Affirmative! Very thin, low quality paper. The same applies to the Costa Rican set, which I found in a REWE store in Düsseldorf last week.
It is / was very hard to get the label off the banana. They stick very tightly.
Found the PA Winter set today in Oberstdorf / Alps.
