Confirmed! Now I have two

Confirmed! Now I have two different codes. I still don't know, what the codes mean. Maybe something similar to the Dole Farm Codes?

May be, but with the 6 digits

May be, but with the 7 digits you can identify in principle 10.000.000 farms at the canary islands. Cupalma has got only about 60 farmnumbers. It seems Plátano de Canarias has got plans to expand.

@michael: the Cupalma numbers

@michael: the Cupalma numbers are not farm codes. They are just numbers for the packer, who has filled the boxes. Years ago, they were sticking on ONE banana per box. Now you find the labels on the box itself (one per box). But you are right, regarding future plans. The production amount will not rise, but they are negotiating with the Government to get more money, because EC and CR bananas are much cheaper. Probably bananas from the Canary Islands will be found in a near future in more european countries.

I have asked Plátano de

I have asked Plátano de Canarias about the codes on these labels with the white border. They replied, confirming, that the codes are for different farms. Until now they have released 6 different codes. It will be a hard job to get them all.
